CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDNT NF4

**Qualifications:**
A minimum of 4 years in related trades experience as a journeyman, managing an independent company, branch or division. Organized, self-starter, with specialized experience performing a variety of trades related work independently. Demonstrated experience in supervising multiple work crews is required. Extensive knowledge of a variety of trades includes Carpentry, Painting, Welding and Masonry works. Possession of a Contractors license or knowledge of the Uniform Building Codes is preferred. Must possess basic mathematical skills to prepare estimates and maintain records of expenditures. Knowledge of standard inventory and supply procedures. Ability to estimate project operating costs. Ability to read and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Prior P&L accountability, experience in purchasing, contracting or vendor negotiation, demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously a supervisory experience preferred. Must demonstrate initiative. Must file and initial an annual Confidential Financial Disclosure report (OGE form 450).
