Key Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for Windows laptops/desktops, Android, iPhone, and Mac devices. Provide basic hardware support for Dell, HP, Lenovo PCs and laptops (training provided). Support printer hardware and managed print services.
