Our mission is simple yet powerful: refresh the world and make a difference.<br><br>We are seeking a <b>Senior Manager, Media &amp; Retail Media - Market</b> to lead the <b>development, execution, and optimization</b> of in-market media and retail media strategies across brands and categories. This role plays a critical leadership role in translating brand and commercial priorities into high-impact media plans, while driving performance, efficiency, and strong governance across traditional media and rapidly evolving Retail Media Networks (RMNs).<br><br>The ideal candidate is a strong media leader with deep expertise in media strategy, digital and retail media ecosystems, and performance optimization, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed system.<br><br><b>What You'll Do for Us</b><br><br><b>Media &amp; Retail Media Strategy &amp; Execution</b><br><br><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of media and retail media strategies for the market, aligned with brand, category, and business priorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Own integrated media plans across digital, social, ecommerce, and retail media, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and competitive Return on Investment (ROI).</li></ul><ul><li>Drive retail media execution in partnership with customers, bottlers, and commercial teams to unlock shopper growth opportunities across RMNs and in-store digital environments.</li></ul><ul><li>Translate strategic direction into clear briefs and execution plans for agencies and partners.</li></ul><br><b>Investment Governance &amp; Performance Management</b><br><br><ul><li>Partner with Marketing Procurement Services (PS) on media buying strategies and negotiations to maximize value from media investments.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee media investment governance, including buying orders, budget shifts, and corrective actions.</li></ul><ul><li>Own tracking and reporting of media budgets (planned vs. actual), ensuring transparency and accountability.</li></ul><ul><li>Support audit processes and ensure compliance with media governance standards.</li></ul><br><b>Optimization, Measurement &amp; Learning</b><br><br><ul><li>Recommend Direct Marketing Investment (DMI) allocation by brand and channel based on performance data, learning agendas, and market dynamics.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor brand presence and quality of execution across channels, including reach, frequency, productivity, and compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX), Analytics, and PS teams to evolve media measurement frameworks and translate insights into optimization actions.</li></ul><br><b>Stakeholder &amp; System Leadership</b><br><br><ul><li>Act as a senior media partner to Brand, Category, IMX, Commercial, and Bottler teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Influence brand and creative strategy through a strong media effectiveness and performance lens.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with LATAM and Global IMX teams to ensure alignment with global standards while enabling local relevance.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide guidance and informal leadership to junior team members and agency partners.</li></ul><br><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.</li></ul><ul><li><b>7+ years</b> of experience in Media Strategy, Planning, and Buying within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), agency, or media environments.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong expertise in digital media, ecommerce, and retail media ecosystems.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing significant media budgets and performance optimization.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with agencies, media owners, digital platforms, and retail media partners.</li></ul><br><b>What We'll Do for You</b><br><br><ul><li><b>Market Impact:</b> Play a critical role in shaping media and retail media performance in a strategically important market.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Leadership Exposure:</b> Partner closely with Directors and senior leaders across IMX and Commercial teams.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Iconic Brands:</b> Drive growth for some of the world's most loved brands.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Career Path:</b> Clear progression toward Director-level media leadership roles.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Purpose-Driven Work:</b> Help refresh the world and make a difference through effective media investment.</li></ul><br><b><br>Skills:<br></b>Marketing Strategies; Media Strategies; organization; Strategic Leadership; Strategic Thinking<br><br>Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15<br>Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
