ServiceNow BPC and TC - CSM

Kellton is seeking 1 BPC (Business Process Consultant) and 1 TC (Technical Consultant) for a ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) module implementation for a client based in Brazil. This is a fully remote engagement. Must have experience implementing this particular ServiceNow module. This is a 20-week project. The BPC would work 20-30 hours per week The TC would work 10-20 hours per week. Must be able to speak Portuguese. Pay rate is $40-45/hr. US dollars
