Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

We're looking for a trustworthy, reliable sitter to watch our three children. Our five year old has austim. Must be okay with dogs (he would be created) and cats. Ideally we'd like someone who can meet up a few times before babysitting so our dog gets used to you, your time would be compensated for this.
