Job Description
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYTICS of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting evaluations and analyses of Human Capital programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Experience developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for Human Capital management programs. Experience analyzing and utilizing data from various sources to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. Experience providing expert advisory and consulting services to management and employees on a wide range of complex Human Capital issues.
