ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL PROGRAM ANALYST in the INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and researching financial and procurement program operations to create financial spreadsheets, budget ledgers, and expense plans, to include procurement procedures such as procurement requests, market research, and procurement systems (e.g., Procurement Request Tool (PRT), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (iRAPT), and G-invoicing systems) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the strategic financial business operations.
