**Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. Related work experience that include events and promotion implementation management experience. Technical skills to effectively perform marketing and promotions using tools of the trade and social media. Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing. Must be able to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 3 Years of work experience in promotion and marketing services to include leveraging social media platforms, and developing written and oral presentations. Ability to communicate in Japanese both orally and in writing. Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Government positions must include pay plan, series, grade, to and from dates, and government agency/department.
