Design & Content Creator - Working Student (m/f/d)

<p>D3Companion is an early-stage startup developing AI-powered<br>
tools for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry,<br>
aiming to reshape how we design, build, and interact with the built<br>
environment.</p>
<p><strong>Eligibility</strong></p>
<p>This is a Working Student (Werkstudent) position. To be considered, <strong>you must be currently enrolled as a student (BSc/MSc) at a university in Berlin or Brandenburg.</strong> Applications that do not meet this criteria cannot be considered.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Role Description</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a creative <strong>Design &#x26; Content Creator</strong> for a part-time role (20 hours/week) based in Berlin, Germany.</p>
<p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create visual content for social media, marketing materials, and presentations</li>
<li>Edit short-form videos for social platforms (reels, clips, product teasers)</li>
<li>Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram)</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to develop a consistent visual identity</li>
<li>Support pitch decks, one-pagers, and other investor/client-facing materials</li>
<li>Experiment with new content formats to increase engagement</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Affinity (Designer/Photo/Publisher)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)</li>
<li>Good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li>
<li>Understanding of social media best practices and formats</li>
<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie)</li>
<li>Familiarity with the AEC industry or technical/B2B content</li>
<li>Basic copywriting skills for social captions and short-form content</li>
<li>German language skills</li>
