<p>Our IT Infrastructure Support Team (as part of our Foundation Division) provides Flix with a wide range of services around the globe. The most important services are fully owned and managed by the team and include the employee device lifecycle based on Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, our Atlassian cloud environment for product and project management, and technical event support. We are the first point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related requests and reliably enable our employees through service desk or on-site support.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Together with your team you own services like Office 365, hardware provisioning, global video conferencing, device and asset management </li>
<li>Proactively look for IT related business improvements and drive innovation in our flix internal infrastrucure systems</li>
<li>Continuously learn from our tech community and improve our internal IT infrastructure </li>
<li>You manage, solve, or dispatch incoming 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support requests in our ticketing system together with your international support team </li>
<li>You train and consult our employees regarding usage of our global IT infrastructure and application platform </li>
</ul>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About You</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in supporting Office 365 products especially MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft Cloud Services (Endpoint Manager, AAD, Autopilot) </li>
<li>Experience or high interest in scripting for task automation (e.g. PowerShell)</li>
<li>Fun, working in an international, diverse, dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic working environment</li>
<li>Experience working in agile and self-organized teams </li>
<li>Proficient in effective communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences</li>
<li>Result-driven and value-oriented </li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Experience in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT support in a ticketing system </li>
