Job Description

This position is located in the National Office of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). For GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for GS-15 includes: Providing day-to-day administrative direction relative to budget and finance, human resources, space management, FOIA, records management, and other related administrative functions. Establishing priorities and allocating shifting resources to meet the needs of the office and staff. Developing and presenting recommendations to senior-level executives and/or management officials based on analyses and evaluations of administrative and management programs / functions. Leading change management through streamlining existing procedures and developing overall process improvements which impact the organization. Advising on all personnel and labor management relations issues and ensuring the provision of HR support services for personnel actions.
