**Qualifications:**
GS-13: To be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience can be defined as experience providing administrative and technical legal expertise to attorneys; managing and analyzing case materials and documents; assessing litigation support resources needed and management of deliverables within established timelines; and organizing and preparing voluminous criminal litigation evidence in various media formats for efficient retrieval through automated means such as scanning, indexing, and controlling documents in a database in preparation for courtroom presentations. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)-The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
