About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB Outdoor Recreation. This is a Flexible position. Guaranteed 0-40 hours per week

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must possess a current and valid lifeguard certification covering lifesaving and water rescue methods, skills and procedures. Must possess current and valid basic first aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer w/AED certifications. CPR certifications must include adult, child and infant procedures. Water Safety Instructor certification is desirable. All certifications must remain current during the period of employment. Knowledge of swimming facility rules, work procedures, equipment and materials to perform standing and recurring task is a must. Work experience must include 2 full pool seasons. Must be able to lift and carry 45lbs and over. Must be 18 years of age.
