Working Student Software Engineer for 3D Data (f/m/x)

<p>We are looking for a <strong>software engineer</strong> <strong>student</strong> to join our team and help us bring our one-of-a-kind 3D processing pipeline to the next level.</p>
<p>At RIIICO, we’re reimagining how factories adapt to change. Our AI-powered software makes complex production environments editable, interactive, and collaborative - turning manufacturing planning into something anyone can engage with, not just the experts.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone with extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement novel 3D reconstruction approaches. This role involves writing clean, maintainable, and documented code as well as testing and validating implementations against defined datasets.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>Your mission would be to deliver high-quality algorithms and ensure our pipeline’s stability.</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement clearly scoped algorithmic components under guidance.</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with our internal users of the data processing pipeline to make ensure seamlessl data processing from purchase to delivery and beyond.</li>
<li>Engage in cross-team collaborations.</li>
<li>Conduct structured research on relevant 3D reconstruction. approaches involving point clouds, CAD data and 2D images.</li>
<li>Manage assigned tasks reliably alongside university commitments</li>
<li>Collaborate actively in technical discussions and feedback loops.</li>
<li>Regular meetings with other development teams and product to align on status-quo and direction.</li>
