**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The minimum qualifications for this position would be possessing expert knowledge of software systems development, hardware and infrastructure as a service, sustainment, and modernization efforts. Ability to determine capability gaps, identify and evaluate of leading-edge technology to provide technical direction and recommendations for systems. Abiltity to liaise, coordinate and communicate with all levels of personel including Senior Executives and Flag Level Officers.
