<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>The Media &#x26; PR Manager will be responsible for leading key marketing tasks for digital arm of PR focusing on online media, including ICO and Crypto tracking sites, and influencer outreach.</p>
<p>The Media &#x26; PR Manager will craft press releases, monitor coverage, conceive and execute strategic partnerships, oversee online media and develop relationships with editors, journalists, influencers in the corresponding niches.</p>
<p>The Media &#x26; PR Manager should be highly organized and resourceful, able to develop a strategy and calendar and execute on that plan while also remaining flexible in order to effectively deal with press requests as they come in.</p>
<p>While the Media &#x26; PR Manager will work with external agencys, they should be extremely comfortable in a highly autonomous environment where they will be relied upon to execute their own ideas.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define Media plan based on global marketing strategy</li>
<li>Work with the product and marketing team to align on the media plan according to roadmap</li>
<li>Select media outlets, ICO &#x26; Crypto tracking sites and influencers to work with</li>
<li>Define publishing contents and brief agencies</li>
<li>Review all articles and make sure the information shared is correct and aligned with the marketing messages</li>
<li>Fully Manage Media Publishing of PR Articles and for Link building articles</li>
<li>Fully Manage Ico tracker/Coin tracker listings</li>
<li>Find the right influencer t and Manage the relationship with influcner</li>
<li>Working with internal and external partners with KPI of improved sales returns and ROI from the investments</li>
<li>Establish new best practices in this new territory together with global partners</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong rapports with press/influencers and deliver PR value against the PR spending</li>
<li>Cultivate and develop productive relationships with traditional and social media contacts on behalf of the brand</li>
<li>Work in partnership with cross functional teams to manage relationships from a PR standpoint defining, implementing and monitoring PR brand campaigns in tight collaboration with the wider marketing team, specifically the digital and marketing managers</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of professional experience</li>
<li>Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage</li>
<li>An understanding of the global media landscape within the Crypto, DeFI/Finance, Blockchain/Tech sector</li>
<li>Highly organized and resourceful, able to develop a strategy and calendar and execute on that plan while also remaining flexible</li>
<li>Analytical capacity to interpret KPIs and results of Media campaigns and take performance based decisions act upon</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and high emotional intelligence; demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships</li>
<li>Outstanding writing and communication skills, highly-impactful social capacity</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively Creative thinking skills</li>
<li>Tech-savvy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Level of studies:</strong> Bachelor or Master Degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar</p>
<p><strong>Language Requirements:</strong> Fluent in English</p>
<p><strong>Software/IT/Development skills:</strong> Microsoft Office</p>
