<p>As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive our outbound engine and help shape how future customers meet us for the first time.</p>
<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<p><strong>Your Responsibility</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full outbound process — from first touch to booked demo.</li>
<li>Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion.</li>
<li>Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Write and run cold email campaigns targeting DACH markets.</li>
<li>Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.</li>
<li>Set up and improve lead funnels — no lead left behind.</li>
<li>Collaborate on landing pages that convert.</li>
<li>Coordinate follow-ups and prep demo calls for high close rates.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Native-level German.</strong></li>
<li><strong>3-5 years</strong> of experience in <strong>B2B</strong> outbound or sales development experience.</li>
<li>Strong copywriting instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff.</li>
<li>Hands-on with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar.</li>
<li>Self-starter who builds structure, not just follows it.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Willingness to travel</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Occasional business trips to the DACH regions (by arrangement with the client).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Miscellaneous</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideally, you can come to our office in Berlin or Kamp-Lintfort twice a week without any problems.</li>
<li>Work model: Hybrid (2 days office & 3 days mobile working), also possible to work on-site continuously; subject to individual agreement and depending on the work phase in the company.</li>
<li>Working hours: 32 ~ 40 hours, weekdays.</li>
<li>Start time: to be arranged individually.</li>
<li>Contract type: permanent.</li>
