Job Description Parts Operations Management Oversee and support the picking and issuing of parts for Service Engineers (SE), ensuring accuracy and alignment with job cards (FSO/WSO). Manage parts returns from SEs, including verification, system updates, and proper storage. Monitor ETA of parts for job cards and provide timely updates to the Customer Contact Center (CC) team.
