Job Description
You will serve as a DATA SCIENTIST in the DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DIV within the UNDERSEA SYSTEM & SUSTAINMENT ENGINEERING DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional scientist analyzing large datasets for the development of machine learning algorithms and predictive models for a program or system. Examples of qualifying experience include applying experience in experience in data analysis, data collection, data preparation, and data visualization tools; applying knowledge in Statistics, Machine Learning algorithms, Python programming language, and Business Analytics; or applying knowledge in software development, and Scrum Agile methodologies.
