**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing architectural vision and strategy in alignment with PEO Digital business goals and the DON Enterprise objectives and/or enhancing both functional and non-functional requirements that span multiple ARTs. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Systems Engineering Expertise: Ability to apply complex engineering principles across multiple Agile Release Trains. Modern Development Standards: Proficiency in DevSecOps, software modernization, and RESTful service implementation. AI & Automation: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate manual processes within the Solution Train. Data Mastery: Understanding of data governance, interoperability, and management practices for large-scale systems. Strategic Execution: Skill in planning and executing enterprise IT service strategies and long-range goals. SAFe Proficiency: Ability to work and lead within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
