This position is located at the MWR Marketing Department, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii (Island of Oahu, Hawaii.) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. **Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must possess organization skills, knowledge of marketing strategies and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. 2. Related work experience that includes the promotion of events, programs and services. 3. Knowledge of information broadcast through screen and or a speaker, including text, audio, video, and graphics that are transmitted over the internet for viewing. 4. Technical skills to effectively perform marketing and promotions using tools of the trade and social media. 5. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing . 6. Must be able to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel. Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed until the minimum qualifications/duties criteria shown above. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA: 1. Five (5+) years of demonstrated success in creating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that that deliver measurable results. 2. Four (4+) years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms, with a proven track record of ensuring operational efficiency and user engagement. 3. Four (4+) years of experience in successfully managing sponsorship programs, including sponsor acquisition, relationship management, and event execution. 4. Five (5+) years of experience in stakeholder consultation, with a strong ability to align marketing strategies with client objectives and foster collaborative relationships.
