<p>As a <strong>Senior Marketing Engineer</strong>, you will play a key role in helping us scale our acquisition through improvements in the acquisition funnel from the website into the web app. You will be the main contributor to launch new growth experiments with high potential growth impact.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>As a Senior Full Stack Marketing engineer you work closely with the marketing team on <strong>growth experiments</strong> &#x26; improve the <strong>website:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build impactful experiments on the <strong>user onboarding flow</strong> from the website into the web app</li>
<li>Implement <strong>A/B testing frameworks</strong></li>
<li>Optimise the <strong>tracking infrastructure &#x26; conversion event management</strong></li>
<li>Maintain a <strong>scalable, high-performance website</strong></li>
<li>Manage and extend the <strong>WordPress-based marketing website</strong></li>
<li>Mentor our internal <strong>Junior Frontend Engineer</strong></li>
<li>Implement and maintain <strong>integrations</strong> with tools such as: GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Meta ads SDK</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Full-Stack Development:</strong> 3+ years experience in Front-End &#x26; Back-End engineering</p>
<p><strong>Tech Stack:</strong> Comfortable with React, React-Native, NodeJS, MongoDB - Typescript</p>
<p><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Proficient in English (spoken and written)</p>
<p><strong>WordPress Expertise:</strong> Comfortable with WordPress Dev (WPML, ACF, custom theme), Tailwind and Javascript</p>
<p><em>Nice to have:</em></p>
<p><strong>Marketing / Growth Tools:</strong> Hands-on experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms</p>
<p><strong>Web Performance &#x26; SEO:</strong> Understanding of page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO</p>
