<p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p>

<ul><li><p>Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.</p></li><li><p>Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.</p></li><li><p>Review HR system transactions to identify any data integrity issues and recommend opportunities to adjustment procedures or for user training to troubleshoot.</p></li></ul>

<p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>

<ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field <b>preferred.</b></p></li><li><p>2+ years of Analyst experience.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.</p></li></ul>
