Project Manager / Product Operations Manager (Startup, Remote)

<p>We are looking for a <strong>hands-on Project Manager / Product Operations Manager</strong> who can work closely with our engineering team, coordinate delivery, and ensure that product development runs smoothly and efficiently.</p>
<p>This role is focused on <strong>execution, coordination, and delivery</strong> rather than high-level product strategy.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p>Delivery &#x26; Roadmap Execution</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure smooth delivery of product features across backend, frontend, and mobile teams</li>
<li>Track progress of development tasks and ensure deadlines are met</li>
<li>Maintain and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy</li>
<li>Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and resolve them quickly</li>
</ul>
<p>Engineering Team Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with backend, frontend, and mobile developers</li>
<li>Coordinate daily development processes and maintain transparency across the team</li>
<li>Ensure tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and documented</li>
<li>Support engineers in removing blockers and maintaining focus</li>
</ul>
<p>Agile Process &#x26; Meetings</p>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)</li>
<li>Organize and lead product and technical workshops with engineers and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure productive collaboration between Product Owner, CEO, and engineering team</li>
</ul>
<p>Documentation &#x26; Product Structure</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain clear documentation for product features, technical decisions, and workflows</li>
<li>Structure and manage product backlog, tasks, and requirements</li>
<li>Ensure all product requirements are clearly documented and understood by the team</li>
</ul>
<p>Communication</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the central coordination point between product, engineering, and leadership</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery timelines</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p>Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in <strong>Project Management, Product Operations, or Delivery Management</strong></li>
<li>Proven experience working <strong>directly with software engineering teams</strong></li>
<li>Experience coordinating <strong>backend, frontend, and mobile development teams</strong></li>
<li>Experience leading <strong>workshops, sprint planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Understanding</p>
<p>You do not need to be a developer, but you must understand:</p>
<ul>
<li>Web and mobile product development</li>
<li>APIs and backend/frontend collaboration</li>
<li>Agile development processes</li>
<li>Product delivery workflows</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously</li>
<li>Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments</li>
</ul>
<p>Tools</p>
<p>Experience with tools such as:</p>
<ul>
<li>Jira / Linear / ClickUp</li>
<li>Notion / Confluence</li>
<li>Slack</li>
<li>Figma</li>
<li>Miro</li>
</ul>
