Overall 8 years of relevant IT experience Should have Primary experience in any of 1 Modules mentioned below Benefits US / UK Payroll OTL Compensation Core HR with ORC Should have worked in at least 2 implementations having exposure to the above HCM modules Should have strong hands-on Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Experience in project lifecycle from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support for the mentioned HCM modules Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
