Roles & Responsibilities: Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues in using LeadSquared. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
