<p><strong>The Architect of Efficiency.</strong></p>
<p>You are the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical reality. You don't just "install" Atlassian tools — you re-engineer how customers work by integrating AI into their entire business lifecycle.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Advisory:</strong> Lead discovery workshops to map the customer's business lifecycle and identify high-impact AI and ITSM optimization opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Architecture:</strong> Design scalable Atlassian solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence) that leverage Atlassian Intelligence and third-party AI integrations.</li>
<li><strong>Execution &#x26; Quality:</strong> Own the "Task Breakdown" for complex implementations and develop robust Test Cases to ensure all automations and workflows meet enterprise standards.</li>
<li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Act as the senior lead for one or more junior consultants, providing technical oversight, code/config reviews, and career coaching.</li>
<li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Drive the adoption of AI-driven processes, ensuring customer teams are trained and seeing immediate ROI from their Atlassian stack.</li>

<h3>The "Catalyst" Skillset</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Atlassian Mastery:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM), Assets, and Automation.</li>
<li><strong>AI Literacy:</strong> Proven ability to integrate AI agents, LLMs, or Atlassian Intelligence into standard workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Rigor:</strong> Ability to take a "boardroom idea" and turn it into a 50-item backlog with defined UAT criteria.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Experience managing "billable pods" and leveling up junior talent.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>7+ years</strong> in Tech Consulting or IT Transformation, with at least <strong>4 years</strong> focused on the Atlassian ecosystem</li>
<li>Hands-on experience implementing <strong>AI-driven automation</strong> or virtual agents</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Atlassian Certifications (<strong>ACP-420</strong> or <strong>ACP-120</strong>) are a major plus</li>
<li>You are a "Catalyst" — you move fast, inspire confidence, and get things done</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in <strong>English</strong>; German is a plus</li>
