You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the MANPOWER, MANNING, PERSONNEL AND REQUIREMENTS (N1) DIRECTORATE AT NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND (NETC) of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF, PENSACOLA, FL
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge in HR principles, concepts, practices, laws, regulations, and policies in providing expert consultation and leadership in one or more specialized HR areas (e.g. strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, workforce development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management); 2) Interpreting/Applying Human Resources management regulations and precedents to complex and unique situations; 3) Advising senior leaders in the development of solutions to an organization's human resources problems.
