In this role, you will be part of the International Business Development team as part of the Global Business Excellence department,</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 12pt;">driving high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives from idea to execution—conducting deep research, shaping data‑driven business cases, collaborating closely with central and local stakeholders, and translating insights into scalable global playbooks that fuel Flix's strategic growth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Investigate, own and execute projects in the following value driver buckets: Organic growth, Non-organic growth (PMIs), Growth via new product lines / features, Global strategic projects</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead research and analyze potential new growth opportunities and prepare execution hypotheses</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build analyses, business cases and data-models to support senior management in their decision making</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Steer and work with central commercial functions (e.g. network planning, marketing, finance, revenue management) and local country teams (e.g. Managing Directors, local business development) to drive implementation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop playbooks for global strategic project management in Flix and constantly evolve those based on learnings from your projects</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own projects end to end: investigation, pitching, planning, kick-off, piloting, steering, scaling, following up and documenting</span></li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="1994" data-local-id="8f672ef9-da5c-4bb4-91f5-362e3ce51603"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills and evidence-based way of working, ability to use data to backup assumptions and drive ideas with an entrepreneurial spirit</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2146" data-local-id="f529912d-020b-498d-9335-af930b92112d"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Structuring skills for complex topics which are green field for the organization; ability to break down ambiguous strategic input into executable roadmaps</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2311" data-local-id="54b8b078-0125-44e3-97d4-b2f24575bfa8"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Thriving in an agile and fact-paced environment full of changing tasks and priorities, incomplete information, evolving business models</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2450" data-local-id="9a957299-cf80-424d-9323-a32176562ce6"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and visual, combined with ability to effectively align with senior leadership</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2579" data-local-id="7b022873-0f40-4876-bf5b-b321d6421096"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on value delivery mindset by driving milestones, removing blockers, owning outcomes and prioritizing outcomes over activities / output</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2723" data-local-id="39941b30-87d1-4845-afae-8a97e0e3a215"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent time and priority management and a very structured way of working</span></li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="2802" data-local-id="19a770b4-d8ee-4a91-9c9a-53eaa82c17ed"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Relevant experience in project leadership in an international and cross-functional environment will be considered a strong advantage.&nbsp;</span></li>
