<p>We are a focused product company solving complex real-world problems across multiple user groups including private sellers, professional dealers and internal operational teams.</p>
<p>We are looking for a driven Frontend Developer who wants to take real ownership, grow fast and work directly with the founder / CTO on challenging product and architecture topics.</p>
<p>This is not a ticket-driven role. You will actively shape user journeys, technical direction and system evolution.</p>

<p>Wir sind ein fokussiertes Produktunternehmen, das komplexe reale Probleme für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen löst — darunter private Verkäufer, professionelle Händler und interne Operations-Teams.</p>
<p>Wir suchen einen motivierten Frontend Developer, der echte Verantwortung übernehmen möchte, schnell wachsen will und direkt mit dem Founder / CTO an anspruchsvollen Produkt- und Architekturthemen arbeitet.</p>
<p>Dies ist keine Rolle, in der du nur Tickets abarbeitest. Du gestaltest aktiv User Journeys, technische Entscheidungen und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Systems.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Build and evolve modern frontend applications based on Nuxt and Vuetify</li>
<li>Implement complex user journeys across multiple platforms and target groups</li>
<li>Work directly with founder / CTO on architecture and feature design</li>
<li>Take ownership of conversion-critical features and performance improvements</li>
<li>Improve frontend structure, maintainability and development workflows</li>
<li>Gradually take responsibility beyond frontend into broader technical areas</li>
</ul>

<li>Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Frontend-Applikationen auf Basis von Nuxt und Vuetify</li>
<li>Umsetzung komplexer User Journeys über mehrere Plattformen und Zielgruppen hinweg</li>
<li>Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Founder / CTO bei Architektur- und Feature-Entscheidungen</li>
<li>Ownership für conversion-kritische Features und Performance-Optimierungen</li>
<li>Verbesserung von Frontend-Struktur, Wartbarkeit und Development-Workflows</li>
<li>Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung über das Frontend hinaus</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience building production-grade web applications</li>
<li>Motivation to learn fast and take real ownership</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a very small and focused team</li>
<li>Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions independently</li>
<li>Strong reliability and sense of responsibility</li>
<li>Attention to UX quality and performance</li>
<li>Interest in understanding the full system — not just the UI layer</li>

<li>Interest in growing into Full Stack responsibilities</li>
<li>Exposure to backend or platform topics such as:</li>
<li>Java (Spring WebFlux)</li>
<li>Database design</li>
<li>Elasticsearch</li>

<li>Experience with multi-platform systems, marketplaces or startup environments</li>
