<li>Prototype before they debate</li>
<li>Use AI to write, debug, and ship code</li>
<li>Design high-utility interfaces</li>
<li>Push through blockers instead of escalating them</li>
<li>Take full-stack ownership of outcomes</li>

<p><em>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who embodies this shift. You will lead the development of AI-native products from concept to production. This is not a coordination role. This is a builder role. You will:</em></p>

<li>Define technical and UX direction</li>
<li>Ship product increments directly</li>
<li>Partner with engineering to harden and scale</li>
