**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized administrative experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of an Administrative Support Assistant effectively. Marketing and Advertising Knowledge: Understanding of advertising and marketing principles, practices, and strategies used to support organizational branding and promotional efforts. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and SharePoint; experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus. Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply creative thinking in support of the Lead Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, and Chief Brand Officer to develop effective brand and marketing tactics. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief, present, train staff, and respond professionally to customer feedback.
