CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Marine Forces Reserve of MARFORRES NOLA.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Applying Contracting Principles, laws, statutes, regulations, and procedures applicable to pre-award and/or post-award actions sufficient for a variety of supplies and/or services. Plans and carries out pre award and/or post award procurement actions using negotiation techniques to solicit, award, monitor, and/or closeout assigned requirements..
