<li>Active involvement in the monthly close process, owning the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers.</li>
<li>Focus areas include, but are not limited to, Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Customer on Account, and Security Deposits.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of monthly close; use ERP system effectively, with a keen eye on improving processes.</li>
<li>Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis and provide insightful explanations to help facilitate accurate monthly financial results.</li>
