Data Analytics Manager

**Qualifications:**
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS You must meet ALL of the minimum qualifications listed below. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university AND Must have experience as a manager/supervisor responsible for establishing work plans and/or directly supervising a staff of subordinates. AND At least 5 years of specialized experience in the research and development of complex data analytics projects and/or investigative analyses. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Advanced Degree from an accredited college or university Professional Certification(s) in the areas of fraud and/or data analytics Knowledge of Postal Service operations EVALUATION FACTORS You must have the experience, knowledge and skills as listed in EACH of the evaluation factors. Failure to demonstrate that you meet all of the evaluation factor requirements as listed below will result in a score of zero (0); an ineligible status, and you will not be referred for further consideration. Include your major accomplishments relevant to the position requirements in your resume. Expertise in applying Agile or other project management methodologies to plan, prioritize, and execute complex data analytics activities. Experience leading the development and deployment of analytics products and solutions applying data mining, data warehousing, database management, and data science principles. Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on optimizing staff utilization, fostering professional growth, and resolving personnel issues. Proven ability to diagnose complex technical or administrative challenges and implement scalable, resource-efficient solutions. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data and information into clear oral, written, and visual narratives for senior management and diverse stakeholders. You will no longer be considered for this position if you receive a zero (0) rating on any evaluation factor. Failure to demonstrate that you meet all evaluation factor requirements will result in a score of zero (0). Upon receipt of a zero score, you will be deemed "not minimally qualified," and you will not be referred for further consideration.
