<p>THE ROLE OVERVIEW</p>
<p>As a Process Excellence &#x26; Digitalisation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes across the organisation. You will act as a strategic partner to business and technical stakeholders, driving process maturity, transparency, and scalability in a growing and dynamic environment.</p>
<p>In this role, you will define a clear process vision, translate strategic objectives into operational process designs, and lead to the rollout of standardised end-to-end processes across the entire value chain. You will have deep exposure to the full project life cycle of renewable energy, with a particular focus on solar projects, and your work will directly contribute to value creation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.</p>
<p>TASKS</p>
<p>Process Strategy &#x26; Design</p>
<ul>
<li>Define and further develop the end-to-end process landscape in line with company strategy.</li>
<li>Create a process vision and roadmap for process excellence and digitalisation initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify, prioritise, and design key value-adding processes across the value chain.</li>
<li>Ensure clarity of process ownership, interfaces, and governance.</li>
</ul>
<p>Process Implementation &#x26; Rollout</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate the implementation and rollout of standardised processes across business units.</li>
<li>Drive stakeholder alignment across functions such as Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and IT.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into scalable and executable process designs.</li>
<li>Ensure sustainable adoption through change management, communication, and documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Continuous Improvement &#x26; Value Creation</p>
<ul>
<li>Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement potential.</li>
<li>Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and maturity.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.</li>
<li>Support the organisation in moving towards a more data-driven and process-orientated mindset.</li>
</ul>
<p>PROFILE</p>
<ul>
<li>University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field.</li>
<li>Professional experience in process management, process implementation, consulting, or operational excellence.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and value chains, ideally in project-driven environments.</li>
<li>Proven experience in stakeholder management across different seniority levels and functions.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.</li>
<li>Experience in the renewable energy field, especially solar, is an advantage.</li>
<li>Affinity for digital tools and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive working style.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; German or Italian is an advantage</li>
