Job Description
You will serve as a NUCLEAR PRODUCTION TRAINING MANAGER in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing a technical training program within an industrial setting like a shipyard, including managing program budgets and resources, collaborating directly with various trades and shops, applying expert knowledge of naval reactor plant operations and safety standards, and leading a team of instructors to develop and deliver effective workforce training.
