<p><strong>Colby Co. Engineering (Colby Co.)</strong> is seeking a <strong>Fire Protection Engineer </strong>to join their team. This position can be fully remote for the right candidate located in New England or the Greater New York area.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Colby Co. Engineering is a privately held, multi-disciplinary team of engineers (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, fire protection) and architects who work together on a wide range of projects from new construction, historical building renovations to facilities engineering and infrastructure.</p>
<p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Requirements of the Fire Protection Engineer:</b><div>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Life Safety Code Consulting, Performance Based Design, and Fire Protection System Design</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building systems, including how Fire Protection Systems coordinate with other Building Systems</li>
<li>Successful completion of the FE exam</li>
<li>PE License a plus</li>
<li>Experience with AutoSprink, HydraCAD, or other modeling software a plus</li>
<li>Sustainable design experience a plus</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit a plus</li>
