As our&nbsp;<strong data-start="748" data-end="803">Product Engineer – Working Student</strong>, you will help shape how internal People products are built by rapidly exploring, testing, and validating new product experiences.</p>
<p data-start="936" data-end="1288">This role is perfect for a student or early-career professional who enjoys building frontend-heavy applications, experimenting with ideas, and turning concepts into tangible prototypes. You will work hands-on to explore different product directions, challenge assumptions, and help the team understand what to build.</p>
<h2 data-start="1156" data-end="1178"><strong data-start="1159" data-end="1178">What you'll do:</strong></h2>
<ul>

<p>Rapidly iterate on product ideas in short cycles (days, not weeks)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Explore and compare different product directions through hands-on experimentation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Translate ideas and requirements into tangible prototypes that stakeholders can experience and evaluate</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with Product Owners and domain experts to refine concepts and improve user experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Document learnings and key insights from prototypes to inform product decisions</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>You're comfortable working in ambiguity and exploring different approaches before settling on a solution</p>

<p>You communicate clearly and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p>
