Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.<br /></span></p><p>We are looking for a strategic <strong>Senior IT Support Engineer</strong> to build and scale Distribusion’s IT infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. This role is pivotal in streamlining IT processes, providing day-to-day technical support, and implementing robust security measures to protect company assets and ensure compliance. By addressing immediate IT needs and laying a foundation for future scalability, the IT Administrator will have a significant impact on company operations and long-term growth, supporting the overall mission of efficiency, security, and scalability.</p><p style=";"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">What you will do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p>You will work onsite in Berlin reporting to VP Engineering</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of hardware including workstations, printers, mobile phones and other peripheral devices</p></li><li><p>Maintain the office’s networking infrastructure and provide support in ensuring connectivity to remote offices</p></li><li><p>Manage regional vendors such as ISP’s, telecom providers, Suppliers &amp; others in liaison with your manager</p></li><li><p>You will take care of access control measures such as roles and account management</p></li><li><p>Offboard &amp; onboard employees according to company defined processes</p></li><li><p>Responsible for roll-out and maintenance of software and tools used by our employees such as Email, Calendar, Documents, Storage, Video Conferencing systems</p></li><li><p>Provide day to day IT Support via our ticketing system for your colleagues globally</p></li><li><p>Work on IT infrastructure projects and provide support in upgrading our infrastructure and services (great learning opportunity!)<span style="color: #121317"><br /></span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Workplace: </span></strong><span style="color: #121317">Hybrid in Berlin</span></p><p>We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Berlin, Germany.</p><br /><br /><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You have already gained relevant experience with System and Network Administration and have a firm grasp of concepts such as DHCP, Routing/Switching, DNS Networking Protocols, VPN, Identity &amp; Role Management</p></li><li><p>You have good knowledge of MacOS &amp; Windows 10, as well as, Linux</p></li><li><p>Experience with administering a cloud-based identity management solution, Meraki/Ubiquiti Networks, System Imaging, Asset management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with Google Workspace</p></li><li><p>You are a natural problem solver and helping people gives you a good feeling</p></li><li><p>You take your responsibilities seriously and feel that IT is the backbone part of any structured entity today</p></li><li><p>You are a team player with the strong ability to work independently where needed with good work ethic, a desire to learn, grow and develop new skills</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service skills</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.</p><p style=";"></p></li></ul><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will join a fast-paced travel tech company and take on a rapidly growing industry.</p></li><li><p>Take on ownership and responsibility from day one and have a direct impact on the success of the company.</p></li><li><p>We value agility!
