Job Description
The announcement close date has been extended to Thursday, April 9, 2026. This position is located with the CHRA G-9 Child and Youth Service Center (C2SC). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
**Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Possess eighteen (18) months of work experience in a federal human resources office or equivalent which demonstrates knowledge applying Non-appropriated Fund concepts, principles, laws, regulations and practices. 2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex issues. 3. Must possess prior experience leading a team, delivering training or a briefing. 4. Must have experience using Microsoft Office Programs, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) or equivalent. 5. Experience/knowledge using reporting tools, (e.g. Business Objects Applications, Cognos, etc.), and the ability to work with a variety of HR information systems. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower pay band (NF-03). In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess twelve (12) months of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office providing human resources services to child and youth programs and have successfully completed training in Basic Staffing, Customer service, Organizational structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.
