PROCUREMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a PROCUREMENT ANALYST in the Procurement Management Assessment Program (PMAP) of NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing pre/post contracting procedures; 2) Applying Federal, DoD, and Navy specific statutes, regulations, policies and processes; including use of Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC); 3) Briefing high level leadership both inside and outside of the organization on improvements to procurement processes and management/internal controls; 4) Serving as a group leader, facilitator, advisor, and mentor at all levels within the command; and 5) Providing contracting community management practices and the NAVFAC Contracting Community Management Plan to include Defense Acquisition Improvement Act (DAWIA) policies, regulations and practices as they relate to the Contracting career field. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
