MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the WATERFRONT OPERATION DPT. of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC.

**Qualifications:**
FOR GS-11:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying management principles, organization theory, and techniques of analysis and evaluation to conduct studies of work process data and to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to procedures. Experience applying knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools including value stream mapping, project scoping, and the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) process. Experience utilizing multiple software to map complex processes and depict new process flow, to include: MS Visio, MS Excel, Adobe Professional and iGraphix. Experience developing/compiling and using a variety of tools sets such as spreadsheets and databases to gather, maintain, assess and present data. Experience performing detailed analysis to ensure quality submissions, make recommendations and implement resolutions. Experience utilizing multiple software to map complex processes and depict new process flow, to include: MS Visio, MS Excel, Adobe Professional and iGraphix.
