ATHLETIC DIRECTOR NF-04 RFT (LOCAL COMMUTING AREA ONLY)

**Qualifications:**
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A minimum of four years of experience in program management and strategic planning; asset procurement and management; human resource management of a diverse workforce. 2. A minimum of four years of experience supervising, leading, and mentoring subordinate staff. 3. Demonstrated experience and proper application of athletics and/or recreational program principles, concepts and techniques. 4. Demonstrated experience in management of real property assets. 5. A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management or a related field is desired. 6. Must possess well-defined written and oral communication skills. 7. Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. Support equipment will be provided. 8. Must successfully complete all applicable background investigations for Federal suitability for employment.
