Job Description
You will serve as a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR (INSTRUCTIONAL COORDINATOR) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring and evaluating training programs/systems to ensure they are comprehensive, inclusive, and informative as related to agency requirements; 2) Interpreting training requirements, regulations and policies for implementation within an organization; 3) Providing advice to leadership on prioritizing and standardizing work projects for domain personnel; and 4) Managing small groups of independent or analytical thinking to identify and resolve individual training related issues. Individual Occupational Requirements Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: Teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s). Supervising or administering a training program. Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. Work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis.
