We're looking for a passionate <strong>Mobile App Developer (React Native)</strong> to drive our product forward and help us scale.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>Operating as a <strong>Mobile Software Developer</strong> and foundational team member, you will act as a primary product owner wielding substantial impact over our user experience and mobile architecture. You will assume complete end-to-end responsibility for the underlying systems driving our mobile capabilities, ranging from state management and UI architecture to performance monitoring and API integration.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Develop the core product, beyond just the UI:</strong> You will assume absolute accountability for every feature you create. This involves crafting seamless user flows, handling complex local state, and guaranteeing a highly responsive, native-feeling performance. You construct it, deploy it, and iterate upon it.</li>
<li><strong>Engineer for intelligence and scalability:</strong> You will blueprint highly scalable mobile architectures (utilizing contemporary paradigms such as MVVM or TCA) that connect seamlessly with our Effect-based backend and AI systems. You will navigate the intricacies associated with real-time synchronization, offline-first logic, and streaming AI responses.</li>
<li><strong>Champion technical excellence:</strong> You will actively seek out and resolve performance bottlenecks—such as render cycles and app startup time—while simultaneously elevating standards for maintainability, type safety, and UX consistency throughout the complete codebase.</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>

<li><strong>Strong experience</strong> with TypeScript &#x26; React Native.</li>
<li><strong>End-to-End Ownership:</strong> You don’t throw things over the wall. You own your features until they are running successfully in production and used by real learners.</li>
<li><strong>Startup experience</strong>: You’re comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments</li>
<li><strong>Balanced AI approach:</strong> You knew how to code before Cursor and Claude Code, but understand how to leverage them effectively</li>
<li><strong>Product passion:</strong> High identification with our mission to transform education</li>
