<p>viral(.)app is a high-growth SaaS startup building infrastructure for performance-driven UGC marketing. We help consumer brands understand what content works, why it works, and how to scale it systematically.</p>
<p>We operate at the intersection of <strong>data, content, and distribution,</strong> turning viral content from guesswork into an engineered growth channel.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>This is not a typical “social media intern” role.</p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>high-agency, analytically sharp generalist</strong> who wants to understand and influence how modern digital growth actually works, across content, paid acquisition, SEO and distribution systems.</p>
<p>Your responsibility is to <strong>connect the dots across channels</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Why does content perform?</li>
<li>How does it translate into paid performance?</li>
<li>How do we systematically scale it across platforms?</li>
</ul>
<p>You will work directly with founders on <strong>core growth levers</strong>, not execution busywork.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>What You’ll Actually Do</strong></p>
<p><strong>Growth Systems & Performance Marketing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support and optimize <strong>Meta Ads performance loops</strong> (creative testing, hooks, iteration cycles)</li>
<li>Analyze what drives <strong>conversion, CTR, retention, and CAC efficiency</strong></li>
<li>Help build feedback loops between <strong>organic content → paid performance</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>SEO & Distribution Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and execute <strong>SEO/GEO opportunities</strong> (programmatic pages, content clusters, search intent mapping)</li>
<li>Structure content to maximize <strong>discoverability across search + social</strong></li>
<li>Think in <strong>distribution systems</strong>, not just one-off posts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Content Strategy (Not Just Creation)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate insights into <strong>content briefs, frameworks, and scalable playbooks</strong></li>
<li>Work on <strong>UGC orchestration</strong> (briefing creators, structuring outputs, not necessarily filming yourself)</li>
<li>Ensure content aligns with <strong>performance data and growth hypotheses</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>B2B Content & Copywriting</strong></p>
<p>Write sharp, insight-driven content for:</p>
<ul>
<li>X (Twitter), LinkedIn</li>
<li>Support <strong>LinkedIn growth systems</strong>, including automation tools and outbound workflows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Insight Generation</strong></p>
<p>Break down what’s working across:</p>
<ul>
<li>Competitors, High-growth startups, Consumer brands</li>
</ul>
