Job Description
This position is located in the United States Department of Labor (Department or DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). OFLC provides national leadership and policy guidance to carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
**Qualifications:**
You must meet the Specialized Experience to qualify for Supervisory Immigration Program Analyst, as described below. GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is experience in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled, and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Applicant must meet ALL examples of the specialized experience as described below. Experience applying immigration and/or other similar employment related federal regulations and policies; Experience functioning as a liaison or ombudsman between public program office and customers; and Experience functioning as a senior level subject matter expert in employment-related immigration law.
