**Qualifications:**
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience formulating reserve manpower billet management, manpower programming and budgeting, personnel policy, personnel assignments and billet qualification attainment. -Experience coordinating the prioritization of personnel assignments to reserve billets by "fit" (qualification for the billet and the ability to attain qualification) including Navy Officer Billet Classification, Navy Enlisted Classification, Additional Qualification Designator Classification and subspecialty code alignment. -Experience utilizing intermediate to advanced computer literacy. -Experience conveying complex data into written and verbal form to Decision Makers. -Experience applying analytical thought to address systemic manpower challenges to inform on best courses of action to meet warfighting readiness metrics. This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-0343-12.
