SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business Analysis Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advanced-level experience in developing, managing, and leading Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives within a large, multi-faceted organization; 2) Utilizing sophisticated analytical techniques to generate actionable insights, drive organizational change, and produce measurable returns on investment; 3) Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a history of effectively briefing senior leadership and championing innovative business solutions.
